We are delighted and honoured to welcome Professor Dame Parveen Kumar, renowned physician, as one of our special keynote speakers. Professor Kumar has held many prominent roles including President of the BMA, President of the Royal Society of Medicine, Vice President of the Royal College of Physicians, and was a founding Non-Executive director of NICE. Professor Kumar is also known to generations of medical students from across the world for the indispensable textbook Kumar and Clark's Clinical Medicine which she cofounded and coedited.
